The Japanese culture has always highly regarded patriarchs for carrying the pride of the family. On his special day, let dad experience the majesty at the Century Tsukiji with a special set meal good for two persons at P 2,150 + per order.

The flavorful meal starts you off with fresh water eel and slices of salmon and fresh tuna, followed by entrées of grilled lapu-lapu marinated in white sweet miso paste which lead to the main course, roast beef with mushroom red wine sauce and spaghetti with fish roe and steamed egg custard with sea urchin, all put to a refreshing close with an energizing green tea ice cream and rice cake with sweet red beans.
