In its quest to bring even more enjoyment to its patrons, Eastwood Richmonde Hotel recently presented its newest banquet menu offerings to its loyal corporate clients in a grand event that showcased the revamped collection of buffet selections designed to make any function even more memorable. Aptly titled “World of Feasts”, these delectable menus provide themed cuisines to easily match any motif or food preference. The wide array of food choices is sure to complement the many conference and social packages of the hotel.
To better show off these latest menu options created by Executive Chef Patrick Obia and his team, different buffet islands were set-up to represent the Regional Filipino Menu, the Asian Oriental Menu, the International Western Menu, the Euro-Mediterranean Menu, plus an extensive dessert and candy buffet, which all the guests got to sample. Presentation of the buffet items was further enhanced by elaborate decors from stylist Ricci Ang and his team. And as an interesting twist to introducing the cuisine offerings, the attendees were treated to three performances that epitomize the characteristics of the global fare.
First off was a local dance ritual of our brothers and sisters in the Cordilleras by Singdaw Cultural Dance Philippines that celebrates life and the rich Filipino culture in much the same way as the dishes from the Regional Buffets do.

Next was a taste of the orient from an ancient Chinese Fan Dance by Hoc Kin Chinese Opera Group that demonstrated the exquisite grace, beauty and wisdom required in preparing the items in the Asian Buffets. Finally, the world-class performance of Italian opera and American standards by tenor group The Groomsmen, embodied the top-notch cooking of Eastwood Richmonde’s kitchen team of various European and American dishes in the Western Buffets.
Accompanying the feast were overflowing Barefoot Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay and Moscato California Wines courtesy of exclusive distributors Emperador Distillers, which all the guests got to indulge in all throughout the night.
As the guests enjoyed the sumptuous array of epicurean delights and experienced first-hand the exceptional service of the banquet staff, they were likewise pleased to know that the new banquet menus would also fit the most modest of budgets.
