Landers kicks off its Ice Cream Festival with a sweet celebration – Edgar C. The ribbon cutting ceremony was led by Landers Superstore’s Deputy Chief Executive Officer Bill Cummings, Vice President for Marketing and Membership Kenneth Ocampo, Buying Division Head Edgar Fernandez, and actress-host Rufa Mae Quinto.
