F1 HOTEL MANILA OPENED 3RD FILIPINO FOOD FESTIVAL

F1 Hotel Manila recently launched its 3^rd Filipino Food Festival, LUZVIMINDA 3: Pistang Pinoy. The gastronomic feast features three guest chefs from Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao to recreate some of the country’s most popular dishes.

LuzViMinda guest chefs: Chef Sider Tadtad of Big 8 Corporate Hotel; Alab Filipino Restaurant’s Chef Tatung Sarthou; and Rustique Kitchen’s Chef Bruce Lim

Authentic Filipino dishes were masterfully crafted by this year’s star-studded culinary line-up including  Rustique Kitchen’s Chef Bruce Lim representing Luzon; Alab Filipino Restaurant’s Chef Tatung Sarthou for Visayas; and flying all the way from the South is Chef Sider Tadtad of Big 8 Corporate Hotel to represent Mindanao.

The festive event was bursting with flavors and colors as clients and friends from the media gathered to celebrate Filipino culture and heritage through food. Adding vibrancy to the festival was the world-class performance of the renowned Philippine Baranggay Folk Dance Troupe.
