A feast of magnificent proportions to wow the world’s greatest mom

If there is one thing every mom wants for Mother’s Day, it is to have quality time with her children and loved ones. Whether that means going out for brunch or dinner, shopping, or a day at the spa, the experiences you share with her that day will be more memorable than any wrapped-up gift you might give.

On May 7 (Saturday dinner) and 8 (Sunday lunch), treat Mom to a spectacular Mother’s Day Buffet (P699+ per head) filled with a delightful selection of dishes from starters to desserts. Start with a hearty serving of Cream of Mushroom Soup. Follow it with hors d’oeuvres like Croquettas Mozza and Ceviche Shots and a delectable assortment of pâtés like Whiskey Chicken Pork Pâté, Chicken Liver Pâté, and Marble Mushroom Pâté.

There is also a Salad Bar; a Pasta Station with a selection of white (Carbonara), red (Pomodoro) and Pesto/oil-based sauces; and a Carving Station for Lechon Belly and Roast Beef, with sides of Herbed Mixed Vegetables and Marbled Potatoes. Entrées like Roasted Chicken with Rosemary or Fish in Lemon Butter Sauce go well with plain rice.

Finish with something sweet by having Panna Cotta, Tiramisu and Chocolate Mousse from the Dessert Station.
