The Live Kitchen Stations at Marco Polo Ortigas Manila’s Cucina

One of Marco Polo Ortigas Manila’s flagship restaurant, Cucina, continuously give its guests an exemplary dining experience with its quality curated dishes on its 9 delectable kitchen stations.

Starting from the salad station, guests can enjoy a selection of fresh fruits and vegetables. The bread, cold cuts, and cheese station is also available as an option for appetizer. Different kinds of sushi and maki are also prepared delicately at the Japanese station. Assorted seafood such as salmon, crabs, and prawns, are ready for cooking to meet the guest’s preference. The Asian station offers different tastes of Asia, from Filipino dish to Indian selections, something to look forward to in every dine in. Those who crave for pasta, a selection between the noodle and pasta station is available to try. Highlighting the buffet, the main station features the new signature dishes of Cucina’s new chef de cuisine, Giuseppe Rivoli, and the carving station changes every day to cater to the different palate of the guests. On weekends, everyone can succumb to the tender cuts of US prime rib with mixed bell pepper in sour dressing. Finish off your dining experience with the desert station that offers an array of luscious and sweet cakes, including Marco Polo Ortigas Manila’s signature cake, Chocolate Haven. The restaurant also features live cooking kitchens, where guests can have their food cooked a la minute.

Cucina is Marco Polo Ortigas Manila’s all-day dining restaurant and is open daily for lunch from 12:00 NN to 2:30 PM and dinner from 6:00 PM to 10:30 PM.
