Capping off the Chinese New Year at Manila Pavilion Hotel

Chinese New Year Dragon and Lion Dance Ceremony from Choy Li Fut Hong Sheng Koon Dragon and Lion Dancers to give prosperity and blessings to the visitors and guests of the hotel.
Manila Pavilion Hotel welcomed the Year of the Red Fire Rooster with a bunch of traditional practices, offerings and auspicious food that surely brought luck to the whole family.

The event was graced with welcome remarks from MPH’s New General Manager, Mr. Franz Viktor Eichenauer, CHA.
Last 28th of January, everyone was gathered at the hotel lobby before six o’clock to usher in good health, wealth and luck with the traditional Lion and Dragon Dance performances from Choy Li Fut Hong Sheng Koon Dragon and Lion Dancers, with coin showers. The event was graced by the Manila Pavilion Hotel’s New General Manager, Mr. Franz V. Eichenauer, CHA, together with his family.

Guests enjoy the gastronomic treats prepared by Manila PAvilion Hotel’s Culinary Team headed by Executive Chef, Giovanni Sias.
Everybody experienced the delightful goodness of our Chinese Buffet at Manila Pavilion Hotel’s very own Seasons Restaurant. One of the featured dishes that everybody loved is the Crabs with Ginger and Leek Sauce made of fresh crabs and drizzled with sauce made up of crab meat, ginger and other herbs and spices. Another favorites are the Hot Prawn Salad, a modern take to your usual fruit and vegetable salad with prawns in mayonnaise dressing; and the authentic Chinese Vermicelli Noodles topped with Grilled Hoisin Chicken and fresh vegetables. Everyone also enjoyed the traditional Hakao Chinese Dumplings and the famous Chinese Century Egg, these dishes will surely usher in prosperity, good luck and fortune for the whole year.
