BAVI Wins Best Employer Brand Award
MUMBAI, INDIA — Bounty Agro Ventures, Inc. (BAVI) continues to set the standard after it received the Best Employer Brand at the Philippines Best Employer Brand Awards 2020 held online last Saturday. BAVI proved to be among the cream of the crop of Filipino brands in terms of taking care of its employees, as determined by Employee Branding Institute – India.
“On behalf of BAVI, our president, Mr. Ronald Mascariñas, and our HR team, we are highly honored and deeply grateful for this award,” said Atty. Nedo Sasing, Vice President for HR, Legal, and Corporate Administration in receiving the award. “We believe that business viability is a consequence of talent development so we have always focused our resources on employee well-being.”
The Employee Branding Institute is a virtual organization based in Mumbai that forwards what it sees as the three pillars of good employer-employee relations — talent management, development, and innovation. The six-year-old network encompassing nearly 40 countries found that BAVI combined vision with action for HR strategy and cultivated competencies to ensure future-readiness.
The Philippines’ Best Employer award is a mark that an organization is “exemplary in HR.” Awardees stand out even more so in the continuing COVID-19 crisis — with only the best of the best businesses being able to stand strong.
“Our experience on how we responded as a cohesive team during this pandemic has validated this perspective, and this award is a testimony to the success of our human capital development,” said Atty. Sasing. “We are committed to continue finding better ways for our human capital development.”
PLDT, SM Prime, Mondelez, CIMB, Schenker, Maybank, and Concentrix joined BAVI as award-winners. The local Employer Branding Awards is a build-up to the World HRD Congress and Employer Branding Awards in 2021, which hails businesses that align people strategy with business strategy.
A multi-awarded company, BAVI has a Gold Accreditation from UK-based Investors in People for its outstanding people management practices.
