BAVI to Meet 2021 Target 7 Months Early

Despite facing stricter lockdowns in the past few weeks, Bounty Agro Ventures, Inc. (BAVI) is ready to reach its full-year financial target by next month, said company president Ronald Mascariñas in his BAVI Captain’s Report.

“It is with much pride that I update everyone that we are continuing to gain speed, and we may reach our destination seven months ahead of schedule,” said Mascariñas. “As of March, we have already met our financial targets until October of this year. With God’s grace, we will hurdle our full-year financial target by May this year.”

The chief executive behind Chooks-to-Go, Uling Roasters, Bounty Fresh Chicken, Adobo Connection, and HeiHei noted that this milestone already considers the “bumps” encountered amid the recent re-imposition of stricter community quarantines.

Mascariñas credits the company’s remarkable performance to employees and executives who continue to serve with a strong sense of purpose: serving the country.

“From day one of the pandemic last year, our people developed a steely determination, which was our open secret to thriving in the new normal,” said Mascariñas. “It was clear to them that beyond earning a living for their families in this difficult time, they were in fact serving the country, feeding the nation.”

Last year, BAVI was among the quickest to respond to the pandemic, deploying food support to frontliners and vulnerable communities across the country. The company has given a volume of chicken that could feed over half a million people.

BAVI also enhanced its systems and implemented massive digital transformation initiatives to suit the company to the new norm. Stores and offices were equipped with additional safety features, and the company committed to pay for its employees’ COVID-19 vaccine.
