Diamond Hotel Presents Feasts from the Filipino Kitchen
Prepare your taste buds for an outstanding gastronomic feast to celebrate the country’s Independence Day at Diamond Hotel Philippines. From June 3-14, 2015, the hotel’s Corniche restaurant buffet will present Feasts from the Filipino Kitchen, featuring the famous Philippine Lechon as prepared by homegrown culinary personality Dedet dela Fuente Santos of Pepita’s Kitchen.
Feasts from the Filipino Kitchen highlights the culinary expertise of Dedet dela Fuente Santos of the famous Pepita’s Kitchen who has become an icon for making delicious lechon innovations that has reached as far as Singapore and New York. She is popularly referred to as the Lechon Diva because of her modern style of stuffing lechon with different mix of rice and even noodles! At the present, her private degustation dining that originated in her home is being made available to a wider market in collaboration with the culinary team of Diamond Hotel.
The buffet spread will offer flavourful lechon variations from the classic Lechon de Leche to imaginative Stuffed Lechon variations with Truffle Rice, Binagoongan Rice and more. Together with other creatively served Filipino dishes, rediscover why Philippine cuisine is making a name in the global epicurean scene. The food fiesta will run at Corniche with the lunch buffet at Php 2,150 nett per person, while dinner buffet is at Php 2,550 nett per person.
To add more excitement, guests with a minimum Php 5,000 nett spend at the buffet will be entitled to a raffle stub for a chance to win round trip airline tickets for two to Boracay!
