Christmas Tree Lighting At Diamond Hotel

With the upcoming Asia Pacific Economic Forum (APEC) in Manila and delegates flying in from all over the globe, the Philippines will be once again in the spotlight. Diamond Hotel Philippines highlights this very important event with the Christmas theme It’s A Small World to celebrate peace and unity among nations.

To officially begin the enchanting holiday season, highly esteemed foreign diplomats and the hotel’s top executives will light up Diamond Hotel’s 25-foot Christmas Tree at the lobby on November 5 at 5pm. The giant Christmas Tree will be adorned with dolls in colorful national costumes from all over the world and festive holiday ornaments.  On this date, there will also be live performances of the CENTEX Children’s Choir; Bayanihan, the Philippine National Folk Dance Company; and the special appearance of the cast of the Korean non-verbal musical Cookin’ Nanta.

This year, the hotel’s charity beneficiary is A Class of Your Own Scholars of CENTEX, a project of Children’s Hour. With each purchase of handcrafted ornaments from Diamond Hotel for Php 200, you will be helping the student scholars in their academic pursuit. The ornaments will then be displayed at the lobby Christmas Tree with your name on it to encourage the sharing of blessings to make this Christmas a remarkable one for the kids of the foundation.
