At the Richmonde Café on February 12, the Amore Mio! Pre-Valentine’s Day Dinner will surely ignite romance and also perk your palates with hefty servings of delectable Italian-inspired cuisine peppered with delightful Sicilian flavors. From the scrumptious antipasti, salada and zuppa, to the salumi Italiani (Italian cold cuts) and formaggi assorti (assorted cheeses), the buffet spread will take you to the lovely and colourful streets of Sicily. Highlighting the dinner menu is the plated entrée, which is a choice of either Porcini and Herb-crusted Prime Rib or Glazed Salmon with Sicilian Salsa, and comes with your preferred accompaniment of either Roasted Potatoes with Truffle Oil or Orzo with Roasted Shallots. Divine Dolci dalla Pasticceria (cakes from the bakery) overflow at the dessert counter to give a perfect ending to a sensuous feast. The Amore Mio! Dinner is priced at PhP 1,350nett per person, inclusive of a glass of red or white wine.
