ASHA-Magnums Butler to conduct 7-Star Service Training Courses this September

Explore ways to deliver customer service innovations by learning the essentials of world-class luxury hospitality service standards this September as the Asian School of Hospitality Arts (ASHA), in partnership with the world’s longest running and prestigious institution, Magnums Butler Academy (MBA), invites participants to take part in its forthcoming 7-Star Service Training Courses.

Now on its fifth run, the exclusive professional training sessions – the one-day introductory course on 7-Star Service-in-a-Day Training Program and the five-day course on Luxury 7-Star Service Butler Training Program — will be facilitated by no less than UK’s first female butler to the British Royals, renowned MBA Director and Principal Trainer, Ms. Josephine Ive.

A highly-respected professional in the world of luxury service, Ms. Ive will extensively mentor participants about the importance of providing personalized luxury services and how to deliver them with successful impacts.

Apart from learning the essentials of 7 Star luxury service and its beneficial impacts on modern hospitality service providers, the workshop-seminars offer basic to advanced developmental training for participants age 18-50 years old – from rank-and-file, junior management to junior supervisory levels — to develop further their confidence, competence, and overall professional service capacities.

According to Ms. Ive, the fundamental objective of the sessions  is to ensure that hospitality professionals and service-oriented industries – namely hotels, resorts, cruise liners, gaming businesses, private villas and households, embassies, restaurants theatres, conference centers, corporate dining rooms and event planners — wishing to deliver 7-Star Service fully understand the concept of the 7-Star Service program.

The one-day introductory course on 7-Star Service-in-a-Day Training Program will be held on September 1, 9AM to 5PM  at the C3 Events Place in Northeast Greenhills, San Juan City. Another one day conference will be held on September 3, 9AM to 5PM at the Summit Ridge Hotel in Tagaytay City. The more comprehensive five-day workshop on Luxury 7-Star Service Butler Training  is set on September 5-9 at the Marco Polo Hotel Ortigas Manila.
