Marriott Manila’s Sunday Brunch 2.0 launches on Mother’s Day

Brunch doesn’t have to be limited to a plate of eggs Benedict, a bowl of fruits, and a flute of mimosa because it can also be about a perfectly seared US Angus steak or a succulent lobster drenched in lemon butter sauce. How about the crispy skin and juicy meat of lechon or maybe a pan of flavor-rich paella?

Seafood lovers would truly enjoy the Barrels of the Sea, a section where diners can have their seafood the way they want. Marriott Manila is known for using sustainable seafood, so every bite of that crab meat, a serving of that flaky baramundi fillet, and a crispy portion of fried grouper is all guilt free.
Hop on to a sumptuous ride with a colorful jeepney carrying loads of kakanin from the sweet and chewy pili tart of Bicol, piaya of Negros Occidental, peanut kisses of Bohol to the all-time favorite dried mangoes of Cebu, and many more! Of course, the Filipino dining experience wouldn’t be complete without samalamig or local street coolers like buko pandan, sago gulaman, melon, and mango sago—the perfect drink to keep you cool during the sweltering summer season!
