European Poultry Showcases Unmatched Quality and Safety in the Philippines

European Poultry – Quality and Safety at Its Best. A New EU Campaign in the Philippines Flavourful, versatile, and produced under the highest standards – this is what defines European poultry. Thanks to the EU co-funded information and promotion campaign “European Poultry – From Our Farms to Your Table,” this product is now in the spotlight among both consumers and food industry professionals in the Philippines.
The three-year campaign aims to highlight the key strengths of European poultry: high quality, food safety, and responsible, sustainable production that adheres to strict EU regulations. These standards ensure not only superior taste but also nutritional value.

The campaign emphasizes animal welfare, environmental care, and the critical role of food safety in everyday diets.
This initiative is directed at both food industry stakeholders in the Philippines – importers, distributors, and retailers – and health-conscious consumers seeking safe, high-quality products. The campaign includes a wide range of activities: participation in major trade fairs, B2B meetings, collaboration with media and influencers, and study visits to Europe for business partners from Southeast Asia.




The official campaign launch in the Philippines took place on August 7 in Manila, during a press event attended by journalists, industry experts, and opinion leaders. The event showcased the project’s objectives, EU poultry production standards, and the certification process. Speakers included Dariusz Goszczyński, President of the National Poultry Council – Chamber of Commerce (the campaign’s initiator and coordinator), and Kamila Cicherska-Borońska, a quality certification expert.
From August 6–9, the campaign is also featured at WOFEX (World Food Expo) in Manila – one of the country’s leading trade events.
