The retreat is designed around practitioner-led experiences that support emotional awareness, mental reflection, and physical ease. The intimate sessions are intentionally comprised of 10–12 participants per schedule.

Laxamana leads the wellness activities alongside certified practitioners and facilitators, including specialists in somatic sound resonance, Tibetan sound healing, and vibrational massage.

Each retreat day begins with mindful beach walks and coastal meditation. The art for healing session uses abstract expression as a bridge to inner emotions, while life mapping helps participants creatively trace past milestones and future aspirations to deepen self-awareness and informed decision-making.
