Wrap Up the Week with Makati Diamond Residences’ Celebrations Buffet

There’s more to a memorable Christmas get together than just a picturesque backdrop or the endless conversations. Every Friday night, starting November 23 until December 14, 2018, Alfred will have a drink and dine buffet from 6:00 pm to 9:00pm

Everything is laid out for you to devour starting off with a healthy plate of Grilled Romaine Salad and Shrimp and Vegetable Crudites or if you prefer it, dive in straight for the Hors d’oeuvres of Shrimp and Cheese Croquettes, Salmon Rillettes with Caviar on Toast, Jalapeno Poppers, and Egg Sabayon with Potato Mousse and Chorizo. Indulge in a helping of Roast Beef with Green Peppercorn Sauce, Rigatoni Amatriciana with Braised Octopus and Bone Marrow, Jamon Serrano, and Raclette. In between meals, we’ll make sure to keep the drinks coming. Enjoy unlimited fill of local beer, red and white wines, champagnes with choice of Jean Vesselle Brut Reserve, Jean Vesselle Oeil de Pedrix, and Delamotte Brut NV. There’s also the gin & tonic buffet with choices of Beefeater, Bombay Sapphire, Boodles, Ginebra San Miguel Premium Gin, J.J. Whitley, Elderflower, Sirena, and Tanqueray. And better make room for dessert, our homemade ice cream is the perfect way to end the night.
