New Flavors at Scott’s, Ascott Bonifacio Global City Manila

 Ascott Bonifacio Global City Manila (BGC) unveiled a new gastronomic venture with the opening of Scott’s ─ a restaurant which aims to connect people to a dining experience with exciting flavors using fresh, locally-sourced ingredients.

Offering casual all-day dining as a memorable experience to guests is vital to Scott’s. “We want to go beyond our customer experience, so they can experience new flavors with us”, according to Ascott BGC General Manager Sue Ponnudurai.

The name Scott’s was inspired by Asia Pacific’s first international serviced residence opened by Scotts Holdings – a renowned Singapore corporation. This property was situated on Scotts Road in the Central Area of Singapore which was an upscale residential area until 1984.

Filipino favorites are on the menu, including Lechon Kawali, and Beef Short Ribs Kare-Kare. These choice dishes have been joined by new options including Keto Taco Salad, Salmon Poke Bowl, Prawn Laksa, Cast Iron Flank Steak and Ice Kecang.

Executive Chef Johnny Rodriguez is set to establish a culinary experience based on his own philosophy influenced by his exposure to different countries and culture: “Globally influenced yet locally created,” a process that highlights quality and flavor.

Our new menu reflects my love and respect for food. We want to welcome guests as if they are at their home with the food they deserve!”

Located on the second floor, Scott’s indulges guests with culinary delights within a contemporary setting. It creates a sense of serenity within the lively city of BGC.

A private room is available for special occasions and celebrations. Furthermore, an extensive beverage selection is also available for guests looking for a pick-me-up.
