Simple Touch Popcorn Maker

GARLIC BUTTER AND PAPRIKA
- 1 cup popping corn
- 1/2 cup butter
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp Spanish paprika
- salt to taste

- In a saucepan, sauté garlic in butter.
- Add paprika and salt to taste and remove from heat.
- Whisk mixture and pour over popcorn. Toss to coat each piece evenly.
- Let dry a bit on a baking tray or large platter and serve.
SALTED CARAMEL POPCORN WITH PECANS
- 1 cup popping corn
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 tbsp coarse salt
- 1 cup pecans
- Pop corn in Simple Touch Popcorn Maker. Place popped corn on a buttered baking tray, along with pecans.
- Melt sugar in a saucepan until it turns golden
- Add butter and remove from heat, whisk constantly.
- Pour caramel over popcorn and pecans and mix well. Sprinkle with coarse salt.
- Bake in the oven at 170°C for 10 minutes.
- Let popcorn cool and when cool and brittle, break into pieces and serve.
