Homare Japanese Restaurant and Grill: The Bellevue Manila Rebrands Authentic Japanese Dining Outlet
Through the years, Japanese cuisine has strengthened its presence in the Philippines as more and more Filipinos develop a taste for the specialties of the Land of the Rising Sun. From the wide variety of sushi to tempura and donburis to name a few. And this July 30, 2019, The Bellevue Manila switches up its food scene as it rebrands its in-house Japanese dining outlet formerly, Hatsune, now to be known as Homare Japanese Restaurant and Grill, where locals can enjoy all the Japanese dishes they’ve come to love.
Homare which means, “Glory, honor, reputation,” signifies the 5-star hotel’s mission to glorify the exquisite taste of Japanese cuisine, to honor their culture’s traditions, and to leave its reputation untarnished by offering authentic specialties with world-class service.
The new name comes with a new and improved menu featuring a vast selection including classic Japanese set meals, Teishoku and Gozen, healthy hot pots filled to the brim with noodles, fresh vegetables, meat, and rich stock, Japanese noodles such as Soba, and Udon, a variety of Sushi, Sahimi, Nigiri, and Ippin Ryori, filling rice bowls, Donburimono, fresh salads, crowd-favorite crispy golden Tempura, tender Teppanyaki, and Japanese desserts.
The recently renovated Zen-inspired restaurant has a total seating capacity of 130 diners with the main dining hall accommodating over 100 diners, and two private rooms with eight to twelve seats each where guests can enjoy a different barbecue experience with newly installed Yakiniku grills.
Be among the first to experience Homare’s vast menu of authentic Japanese specialties. Homare Japanese Restaurant and Grill is open daily from 11:00AM to 2:00PM for lunch, and 6:00PM to 10:00PM for dinner.
