What’s In A Meat

Wolfgang’s Steakhouse’s Shortloin is comprised of three cuts: The Porterhouse, the T-Bone and the Prime New York Sirloin. Wolfgang’s Steakhouse’s signature cut is the Porterhouse steak–also known as the king of all steaks—which has two parts: the tastier part which is the sirloin, and the leaner and more tender portion that is the tenderloin.
