Cruz, Laguna, she creates cakes and pastries that make use of premium ingredients and are baked fresh daily. Her cakes and pastries are served at their restaurants, Ted’s and Aurora Filipino Cuisine in Laguna, and Cazuela in Ortigas. She also supplies an increasing number of restaurants and cafés in Metro Manila.
