Chef Redj Baron started cooking when he was nine and has been passionate in the culinary arts ever since. He studied (professional course program) at the Center for Asian Culinary Studies (CACS) in 2008 and graduated a year after. He trained at Cafe Ysabel and St. Giles Hotel after his classes in CACS and was given an opportunity to work as a line cook at St. Giles Hotel, A chef de partie at Asian Development Bank (The Italian Kitchen) and a chef consultant/culinary instructor at Kitchen Ave.
Chef Redj Baron is currently a chef consultant/culinary instructor at Asian College Quezon City. He is a caterer, food stylist, a chef consultant at various restaurants and hosts an award winning cooking show (Cook Eat Right) at Untv channel 37 every Sunday, 9:30am-10:30am.
