Tita Ely Ube Pops
Ingredients:
- 4 heaping tablespoons Tita Ely Ube
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
Procedure:
- Whisk Tita Ely Ube together with milk
- Carefully spoon into popsicle molds and freeze
- To release, dip mold into warm water then pull popsicles out carefully
Tita Ely Macapuno-Langka Pops
Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons Tita Ely Macapuno
- 3 tablespoons Tita Ely Langka
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
Procedure:
- Spoon Tita Ely Macapuno halfway up the popsicle molds
- Fill mold with Tita Ely Langka
- Pour evaporated milk into mold, one teaspoon at a time until all spaces are filled.
- Tap molds lightly on table to release air bubbles and freeze.
- To release, dip mold into warm water then pull popsicles out carefully
