Experience dining at a lunch buffet that puts a spotlight on the different cuisines available at Makati Diamond Residences. Alfred now offers a regular business lunch buffet that features different cuisines every Mondays to Fridays from 11:30 am to 2:30 pm.

SOUTHEAST ASIAN FARE

Discover the delicious balance of hot flavors and spices from the Asian region with dishes like Korean Beef Stew, Deep Fried Pork Knuckles, Crusted Swordfish with Nori and Soy Ginger Lime Sauce and Char Kway Teow. Go beyond the mains and try the Sesame Toast with Nuoc Cham, Spicy Apricot Wings, California Maki, Pomelo Salad, Miso Soup, and other tasty treats with an explosion of aromas and textures.

WESTERN SPREAD

Nothing beats a juicy U.S. Angus Ribeye, complemented with Halibut Fillet with White Wine and Tomato, and Baked New Zealand Mussels with Spinach and Esplette Pepper. Buffet appetizers to whet your appetite also features Nicoise Salad, Brie Cheese with Onion Marmalade, Gorgonzola and Figs Jam Flatbread, and a Swiss Cheese Fondue made of Emmenthal and Gruyere cheese, to name a few. 

SPANISH-INSPIRED FEAST  

The highlights on display include Roasted Pork Belly with Chimichurri and Sweet Potatoes, thoughtfully paired with Callos, Maya Maya en Adobo, and Paella Negra. Get swept away with our take on Spanish tapas and pintxos, from the Jamon Serrano and Honeydew and Crispy Squid in Polenta, to the Catalan Coca Flatbread. Other dishes include Fried Cauliflower, Tuna Belly in Escabeche Salad, Sopa de Ajo, and more. 

The Alfred Business Lunch Buffet is also inclusive of the chef’s choice cakes and pastries, fresh fruits, two flavors of ice cream, and a selection of sodas, chilled juices, Diamond Iced Tea, coffee and tea.
